Upload your artwork
Drag and drop your high-resolution image. We support JPEG and PNG up to 50MB. The higher the resolution, the better your prints will look. Your original file is never directly reachable from the internet.
Choose paper & sizes
Select from premium papers like Hahnemühle Photo Rag or Lustre Photo Paper. Pick the sizes you want to offer, from 20×30 cm up to 45×60 cm.
Set your price
You decide the sale price. When you upload, you'll see the print cost and platform fee clearly laid out. Everything above cost goes to you, 100%.
Share your link
Get a unique purchase link and a QR code you can print out. The most effective spot: right next to the physical work at exhibitions. Buyers scan and order on the spot. It also works on Instagram and your portfolio.
We handle the rest
When someone buys, Prodigi prints your artwork on museum-quality paper and ships it from the nearest EU fulfillment center. You get paid once a month, the customer gets a beautiful print.
Payment & Payouts
How customers pay
Customers pay securely via Stripe Checkout, the same payment infrastructure used by Shopify, Amazon, and millions of businesses. We support all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods depending on the buyer's region.
Where the money goes
Every sale is split transparently. The print cost goes to our print partner Prodigi, a small platform fee keeps the lights on, and the rest is 100% yours. You can see the exact breakdown before you set your price.
How you get paid
Earnings are collected over the month and paid out in a monthly batch on the 2nd of each month, via Wise straight to your IBAN. You can track your earnings and payout history in your login area at any time.
No Gewerbe required
You don't need to register a business to sell through artprintlink. We issue a Gutschrift (a reverse invoice) for each monthly payout, so the invoicing paperwork is on our side, not yours. Whether your earnings need to be declared separately depends on your personal tax situation; a Steuerberater can advise. But for many artists selling prints on the side, no Gewerbe registration is needed.

Security & Privacy
Dedicated server in the EU
artprintlink runs on a dedicated server from Hetzner, located in Germany. Your data never leaves the European Union. No shared infrastructure, no US cloud providers in the data path, just a physical server we control.
Your originals stay private
Your high-resolution image files are never directly reachable from the internet. We only release them through short-lived, signed links, for example when an order goes out for printing. Public pages only ever show a compressed preview, never the original file.
Encrypted & post-quantum ready
All connections are encrypted via TLS. Sensitive data like payout details are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We never store full payment card details, that's handled entirely by Stripe's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure. Our login tokens use HMAC-SHA256, a symmetric algorithm that stays secure against quantum computers, making artprintlink post-quantum ready at the application layer. (Transport security depends on your TLS stack; major providers are already rolling out post-quantum cipher suites.)
Passwordless sign-in
You sign in with a magic link: we email you a one-time login link, you click it, and you're in. No password to remember or lose, and no risk from reused passwords.
GDPR compliant, plain and simple
We are fully GDPR-compliant. We collect only what's needed to process orders and pay you, nothing more. You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time. We don't sell your data, we don't run ad profiles on you, and we don't share your information with third parties for marketing. Your data stays in the EU and is yours.
